Welcome to my website! I’m an executive coach and people expert based in Florence (Italy), assisting senior leaders in elevating their performance & deepening their impact whilst keeping their best talent inspired and engaged.
A former leader myself, I bring first-hand insight into the pressures and complexity executives face as they step into roles of increasing scope and influence. Furthermore, my extensive international experience – having lived, studied, and worked in Italy, the UK, and the US – shapes my inclusive, culturally attuned style and way of working.
Named one of the Top 15 Executive Coaches in London (UK) twice, I have supported hundreds of senior leaders across more than 40 nationalities, five continents, and a wide range of industries including healthcare, manufacturing, professional services, technology, and energy. My clients span FTSE- and Fortune-100 companies, globally recognized brands, the United Nations, and leading universities.
Prior to establishing my international practice, I built my reputation while leading people & talent management strategies for corporations such as Honeywell, GlaxoSmithKline, Deloitte, and BP, across Europe and worldwide.
My education includes a master’s degree in positive organization development & change, a master’s degree in international relations and diplomacy, and professional certifications in HR practice and advanced coaching skills.
